Schenkon, Switzerland, January 14, 2016 - VICI AG International, Switzerland is pleased to announce the acquisition of DBS Strumenti Scientifici S.p.A., Italy. Subsequent to the acquisition, DBS Instruments will operate under the name
VICI DBS S.p.A. Italy.
January 1st 2016 VICI DBS S.p.A. will be included in the consolidated financial statements of VICI Valco group.
 
 
With this acquisition the VICI Valco group broadens its array of different products for the analytical industry. VICI DBS S.p.A. Italy will continue to design, develop, manufacture and deliver high quality analytical accessories and gas generators to all existing OEM partners and service the Italian market as ever before. Through the world wide VICI platform, sales and support for VICI DBS products will become available to customers on all continents.
